As a Management Trainee (MT), you will undergo an intensive development program designed to cultivate future leaders. You will participate in strategic projects, and receive direct mentorship from senior leaders. This program offers exposure to key business functions, while preparing you to drive growth and innovation across all business lines at Asuransi Astra.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree (S1/S2) from any major (Engineering/Statistics/Actuary/IT/Data Science Major are preferable)
- Min. GPA 3.00/4.00
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of professional experience are welcome to apply.
- Previous organizational experience (e.g., student organizations, internships) is preferred.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Eager to develop and contribute to all lines of business at Asuransi Astra.
- High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta
- Onboarding Date: March 2025
- Selection Process: Held in Jakarta.
