- Support Talent Acquisition team in Administration matters for new employees (e.g. recap monthly new employees, contract employees monitoring, corporate email request, ID card request, and attendance application requesr for new employees)
- Conduct SLIK Checking for candidates
- Maintain reports for candidates in the Internal Talent Recruitment process
- Maintain archives of employees personal files
- Maintain Man Power Request forms archive
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year university student or Fresh Graduates from reputable university.
- Previous experience in office administration will be a plus point.
- Meticulous, neat, and well-organized.
- Available for 3-months of internship period.
- Willing to Work from Office (WFO) in Pancoran, South Jakarta
