Job Description
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Melaksanakan penagihan kredit / pinjaman konsumer bermasalah di lapangan
- Melaksanakan penagihan kredit /pinjaman konsumer bermasalah melalui panggilan telepon /Tele-calling (Dunner)
- Membuat laporan rutin
Minimum Qualifications
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimum SLTA/D3
- Memiliki pengalaman di collection consumer minimal 1 tahun menjadi nilai tambah
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Memahami produk perbankan (khususnya produk consumer banking)
- Berorientasi pada hasil /pencapaian target
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
