As an Assistant Manager Business Partner, Your job description is :

1. Act as business partner by communicating new features of the IT system to users and management and coordinating user needs for IT support that is in accordance with the quality and deadlines.
2. Maintain realization and manage user expectations regarding IT support/ IT service
3. Supervise related additions/ adjustment / reduction on user demand and report it to stakeholders.

Entrance Requirements :

• S1 /S2 from reputable universities.
• Good communication skill and capable to work in Team.
• Business or Operational experience min 1 years
• Has experience in IT Tools and Systems in Banking or other Non-Banking financial industries more preferable.
• Proficient in English (active) and submit your score in the application (TOEFL /IELTS), we only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid.
• No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI.
