Procurement Staff  

Job Descriotions:

1. Build and maintain long term relationship with strategic outsource provider and stakeholders;
2. Conduct administration task such as create procurement proposal, open PO (Purchase Order), delivery monitoring, review agreement, invoice, etc;
3. Prepare the workstation needed for Resource such as PC / Notebook, ID Card, etc.;
4. Manage and monitor the life cycle of Resource Management including negotiation process until resource's last day (if any);
5. Develop the innovative way to leverage the process of engagement model that suitable in Procurement area;
6. Ensure that services to be purchased are met with requirement;
7. Manage delivery & invoice process until payment schedule;
8. Coordinate contract settlement with stakeholders & legal team
9. Collaborate with recruitment team to fulfill resource administration

Qualification:

1. 1-2 years experience in IT Procurement;
2. Preferably from reputable university;
3. Preferably has experience working on IT Company Integrity and dynamics person;
4. Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills (good English to communicate);
5. Excellent engagement skills with people;
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in under pressure condition;
7. Good negotiation and details-oriented skills;
8. Willing to learn new things and confident in exposing the idea;
9. Ability to quick adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
