Job Description

Contribute to facilitate, monitoring, developing and supervising change management plans
Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change, Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics with Risk squad team
Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
Performing DR exercise on regular basis and generate report, this will include maintain the latest DRP
Measure and improving the effectiveness of changes and availability of the IT Services
To ensure for IT Services are appropriate for the agreed service level targets availability
Generate and maintain changes and availability report

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
3-4 years of experience in IT availability and change management role
Strong knowledge in SLA and change management
Having experience with continuous management & Business Continuity process is a plus
Experience in digital tech company is a plus
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and SDLC or Agile framework
Proficiency in change management and Availability tools and ticketing systems
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
Having ITIL certification or similar are preferred
Analytical abilities, adaptability and flexible, Problem solving
Willing to work on-site in Banking Industry
