FUTURE adalah program development FIFGROUP untuk menghasilkan Management Trainee di masa depan yang akan berjalan selama 9 bulan. Di program ini setiap trainee akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pelatihan mengenai bisnis proses FIFGROUP untuk mendapatkan strategi terbaik dalam menjadikan FIFGROUP sebagai pemimpin di dunia leasing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Pendidikan: S1 Fresh Graduate semua jurusan atau memiliki pengalaman bekerja maksimal 2 tahun dengan IPK minimal 3.00
- Max. Umur: 27 tahun
- Skill Requirement: Conceptual Thinking
- Technical Requirement: Microsoft (words, excel, power point, dll), Data Analysis
