Job Description
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kurikulum, pengembangan kamus kompetensi, dan implementasi employee di Head Office
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kurikulum, pengembangan kamus kompetensi, dan implementasi New Competency Innitiatives
- Melakukan pengolahan dan analisa data terkait dampak Development Journey atas Implementasi yang telah dilakukan
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 semua jurusan
- Fresh graduates, memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang Human Capital atau Training menjadi nilai plus
- Maksimal 27 tahun
- Memiliki drive yang baik
- Memiliki keinginan untuk belajar berbagai hal
