Job Description
- Organize and implement strategies and regulation regarding the performance and reward management system
- Establish an effective reward & punishment system to motivate employees
- Evaluate and ensure the effectivity and harmony of incentive programs, quick win, crash programs, and employee benefit with the company and the job function
- Ensure employees understanding regarding the strategies and remuneration regulations in the company for it to be an effective motivation driver for the employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any major with GPA 3.00
- Preferably experienced in related fields
- Proficiency in operating Windows operating system and Microsoft Suites, especially Microsoft Excel
- Able to work in a customer-focus manner
- Have a good driving force, planning, and interpersonal skill
