- Prepares technical proposal and is responsible for the implementation of the product
- Assist and educate the Account Managers in understanding core products and their features.
- Performs technical presentation and proof of concept to clients when required.
- Analyzes clients' needs and determines the best solution offerings.
- Create technical solution designs to address clients' requirements.
- Architect, plans, designs, and execute infrastructure-related projects and programs as a solution offering.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related course.
- Experienced in any of the following:
- Storage and Backup solutions (Veritas, Acronis, Data Protection)
- Network & Security (Sophos, Fortinet, Symantec, Aruba, FireEye, Cisco, McAfee).
- Technology Infrastructure (HP, Dell, Oracle).
- Software Solution (MS, Redhat, VMware, Panaya, SAP).
- IT Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in providing technical solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
