Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and assist strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Execute end-to-end acquisition and nurturing processes for affiliates.
- Generate monthly reports and analyses regarding affiliate performance and achievement revenue.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to comprehend industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
- Identify and evaluate operational and strategic aspects of the affiliate program (target setting, reporting, etc.).
- Assist in inspecting the user journey from the upper funnel to the lower funnel.
- Monitor & improve freelance operations to ensure tasks are executed effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product, Informations System, Information Technology or any related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven working experience in a Business, Marketing, Product or similar role
- Proficiency in google workspace (Gsheet, PPT, Google Drive, etc)
- Have motivated and savy to explore updated trends in social media (Especially TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc) within a research framework
- Proven have interest or similar experience in the edtech field
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good communication & public speaking, attention to detail, good leadership skills, high learning motivation and well managed to time management
- Familiar with Experimentation and Validation Product Strategy
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English would be a plus

- Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas and willing to wfo/wfc once a week
- Willing to join as soon as possible
