Job Description
Project Administration:
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, MoU, schedules, status report, Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST), legal & investor related, PKS project, and project budget request.
- Coordinate with finance and business development related project documentation.
Compliance:
- Ensure all projects comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist in compliance process for all B2B project.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant authorities as required.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, finance, business development, and external stakeholder to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the B2B team as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards within the industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in a project administration or compliance role is preferred.
