Job Description
- Define, create, manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using TikTok & Shopee Affiliate.
- Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and drive sales traffic.
- Collaborate with KOLs/Affiliate starts from defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating the brief, and reviewing their performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven min. 1 year of working experience in KOL/Affiliate Management or similar role, especially in beauty industry.
- Have a huge database of KOLs.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related major.
- Proven experience in handling a broad range of talents, especially in the beauty industry.
- Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
