- Handle Clinical/Technical Training Programs for employees.
- Prepare for Training Logistics.
Minimum Qualifications
- RN / Licensed Nurse by profession but willing to explore the HR Training Facet as a Training Assistant for Clinical/Technical Training Programs.
- Experience or exposure in conducting/facilitating Training Programs is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Positive working attitude.
