Job Description
Daily office support:
Handle telephone and email communications, replying to and forwarding relevant information.
Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms, manage your schedule.
Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and reports.
Document management and records:
Maintain and update files, records and databases.
Ensure confidentiality and security of documents.
Process and archive company files and documents.
Administrative coordination:
Coordinate with other departments and teams to handle cross-department matters.
Assist in organizing the arrangements for internal events and external client events.
Office facilities management:
Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment to ensure normal operation of office facilities and equipment.
Handles the day-to-day needs of office maintenance and supplies.
Administrative support:
Assist with employee travel and accommodation arrangements.
Handle employee benefits and event arrangements.
Specific project support:
Participate in the preparation, execution and follow-up of specific projects.
Provide project progress reports and supporting documentation.
Skill requirements:
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle various interpersonal relationships.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using office software and equipment, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
Minimum Qualifications

Have 1 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant or related field.
Basic understanding and experience of office management and administrative workflow.
Skills and abilities:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with people at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office suite) and office equipment.
Administrative support:Ability to effectively manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, email and telephone communication handling.
Ability to schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms and coordinate schedules.
