- Conduct sales calls and product updates to travel agents located in Mindanao region
- Establish rapport with the agents and attend to their FIT and Group booking requirements
- Assist the Company in formulating Sales & Marketing strategies
- Assist the Company in other special projects (product update events, special promotions for agents, etc.)
- Assist Operations in handling requirements of the travel agencies
- Conducts market research
- Update the Management and Officers on the trends in the market and industry
- Escort outgoing groups abroad when necessary
- Assist the in-charge for visa processing when necessary
- Conduct/attend monthly meetings with the Sales Team
- Submit sales call plan and report every week to Management and Officers
- Generate quotations for requests from travel agents in the assigned region
- Monitor respective accounts and address client concerns
- Update agent database incl. but not limited to address, e-mail, company logo, birthday, etc.
- Ensure achievement of annual quota given
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be based in Davao
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): sales, market research, marketing, negotiating, presentations.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
