Job Description
- Help in the day-to-day accounting tasks such as check voucher preparations, check releasing, management of accounts receivables and payables, and other Accounting-related work
- Running bank errands, filing, storage of confidential documents, and general admin work
- Liaise with suppliers, government offices, accounting, couriers and any external parties
- Perform field works to BIR and other government agencies to settle company-related business
- Renders assistance during the conduct of monthly/ annual inventory
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any course
- Experience in clerical accounting is a plus but not required
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and with ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational and multi- tasking skill
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Computer navigation
