- Coordinate company activities and administrations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle matters relating to general affairs.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages).
- Attend meetings, follow-up, and communicate with related PICs for any ongoing project update.
- Maintain executive’s agenda, assist in planning appointments, presentations, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in secretary, business administration, or related field.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proficient in office app-suites (Email, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Able to manage integrity and confidentiality.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Capable of working with deadlines and self-motivation.
