Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible for creating and maintaining long term relationships with the customers and creating a positive store and shopping environment for the customers. He/ She is also responsible for providing fast and friendly service, aligned with set customer service standards, by identifying and providing the different needs of customers.
1. Recommends appropriate products and provides product information, highlighting the features, advantages and benefits to customers
2. Assist in locating, selecting and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand,variant, color and size of the customer
3. Utilizes appropriate selling techniques
4. Ensures proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages and pilferage
5. Monitors and updates report on product shelf life
6. Complies with all set customer service standards
7. Attends to all customer queries and needs
8. Ensures products on display are replenished as needed, with complete shelf tags/ price tags and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned area
9. Timely display all product, prepares and sets-up promotions by utilizing appropriate marketing collaterals
10.Weekly monitors price changes and updates price tags as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- At least HS Graduate
- Related work experience in Retail is advantage
- Customer service orientation
- No work experience required
