- Mengelola Administrasi & Keuangan : Mengelola proses billing & collection di cabang, Bertanggung jawab atas pencatatan akuntansi cabang. Membuat serta menganalisis budgeting dan business planning.
- Data & Operasional : Mengelola dan memastikan keakuratan Master Data cabang, Menjamin administrasi warehouse & shipping berjalan dengan baik.
- General Affairs & Kepersonaliaan : Bertanggung jawab atas General Affairs di cabang, termasuk pengelolaan fasilitas dan kebutuhan operasional, dan Mengawasi aspek administrasi terkait SDM & kepersonaliaan di cabang.
Minimum Qualifications
- Lulusan S1 Jurusan Finance/Management/Accounting (IPK min. 3.00)
- Memiliki pengalaman maksimal 1–2 tahun di posisi serupa (Finance/Accounting/Pajak lebih diutamakan)
- Menguasai MS Office
- Kemampuan analisis, kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan organisasi yang baik
- Adaptif, proaktif, inovatif, dan cepat belajar
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Astragraphia di Indonesia
