Social Media Specialist  

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and be skilled in creating and managing content across various social media platforms. This role involves developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive conversions. The Social Media Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms, including Youtube, Instagram, Twitter,, and emerging channels.
• Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for maximum engagement.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics across platforms, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to incorporate new features and strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Work with design, video, and content teams to produce visuals and multimedia content.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, aligning with seasonal themes, product releases, and company objectives.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights for improvement.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding consistency.
