The GPS Technician maintains the company GPS system to achieve route efficiencies for the sales and delivery teams.
- Troubleshoot device onsite and off-site
- Maintains and troubleshoots GPS devices
- Completes system orientation to clients
- Completes other required reports accurately and on time
- Perform wiring between device and vehicle of any model to be installed
- Do testing on devices
- Analyze issues based on data collected
- Other duties may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- A qualified GPS Technician must be familiar with GPS technology
- Must possess strong computer skills, including solid knowledge of Microsoft
- Must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers in regards to the GPS system and dataOffice
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be detail oriented and organized
