Job Description
1. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing, to provide expert guidance to customers.
2. Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers needs and design customized data center solutions that align with their requirements, considering factors like scalability, security., and cost efficiency.
3. Product Demos and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of proposed solutions, helping customers, understand how they can meet their business goals.
4. Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering technical insights, answering questions, and addressing concerns to build confidence in the proposed solutions.
5. Proposal Development: Assist in creating detailed proposals and documentation that outline the technical aspects, pricing and implementation plans for data center solutions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineeering, or related field.
3+years hands-on technical experience in data center technologies.
Prior experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in product knowledge related to data center hardware and software solutions.
