Responsibilities:
- Manage the set-up and optimization of hundreds of clients per month on the Google Business Profile platform
- Constant email communication with clients to get all the needed information for the set-up/optimization
- Create and update contents in client’s GBP profile
- Process the optimization report of the optimized clients, provide continuous assistance and troubleshoot issues relating to the client’s GBP profile
- Work directly with Google support team to resolve client issues
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years experience in Google services (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Analytics)
- The right candidate will be extremely organized and capable of multitasking
- Great written English and communication /client management skills
- Preferably with background in SEO and basic design skills
- Team-player, adaptable and with problem solving skills
- Experience with Zendesk and Google Workspace is a plus
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- MUST have the latest Operating System
- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard
Rate: PHP 40,000
