Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Analyst to join our team and provide critical support through data analysis and performance tracking. This role focuses on developing and refining KPIs, analyzing metrics, and generating actionable insights to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in SQL, and passionate about working with data to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for performance analysis.
- Develop and refine KPIs and metrics to track business and operational performance.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and design performance reporting tools.
- Generate and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Sheets or Tableau.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying and resolving data integrity issues.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting).
- Experience in building and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Tableau for data visualization.
- Basic understanding of database structures and data workflows.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, performance analysis, or a related role.
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and insights-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- MUST have the latest Operating System
- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
Shift Schedule: 8AM - 4PM Pacific Standard
Rate: rate starts at Php 60,000
