About the Role: As a Collections Associate, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:
- Collect and recover customer receivables and debt.
- Ensure cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging, maximizing cash collection and collecting high-quality dispute information, while maintaining a professional relationship with the client and their debtors.
Kualifikasi Minimum
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- College graduates of Business/Finance/Accounting-related courses
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience of Order to Cash/Collections experience
- Must have prior voice collections experience, ideally business-to-business.
- Preferably with experience in any accounting ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- BPO experience of at least 6 months is required, particularly in customer service.
- Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang.
- Willing to work in any shifts i.e. night shift, graveyard schedule etc.
