This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., the infrastructure arm of Aboitiz.
The Human Resources (HR) Officer- Business Partner is responsible for supervising the day-today implementation of all pillars of Human Resources and Administration such as attraction, retention, optimization and service delivery within the people practices and policies of Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (AIC) and the Aboitiz Group with the objective of transforming talent experience and improving overall employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitors the completion of talent requests and ensures timely endorsement of the right talents
- Oversees onboarding process to properly engage new employees
- In collaboration with Team Leaders, develops and implements Individual Development Plans of critical position holders and high-potentials within the organization
- Ensures timely, accurate and thorough implementation of the talent management program
- Manages staff and ensures their development, performance, and availability of the needed resources to execute their functions
- Implements plans on rewards management and ensures consistent execution of approved programs
- Promotes the Aboitiz Values and drives organizational culture aligned with the corporate goals and objectives
- Analyzes and makes appropriate recommendations to management for out of policy cases
- Continuously reviews Human Resources (HR) Systems for process improvements
- Monitors the implementation of all Human Resources (HR) Programs for timely submission to Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (AIC) and Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV) Human Resources (HR)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any behavioral science courses preferably Psychology, Human Resource
- Must have 5 years of work-related experience
- Must have knowledge in Human Resources (HR) systems
