Junior Accountant  

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant at Avantopia located in Cubao, Quezon City.

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:

- Assisting with general accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting

- Supporting the preparation of financial statements and tax filings

- Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

- Conducting regular audits and reconciling financial discrepancies

- Collaborating with team members and providing support in financial analysis and budgeting

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant) is a plus but not required
