Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sebagai seorang Regional Legal Staff bertugas untuk menyediakan dukungan hukum untuk memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap hukum dan regulasi yang berlaku. Adapun tanggung jawab lainnya adalah sebagai berikut:

  • Berkoordinasi dengan Tim Hukum Internal di kantor pusat, memantau perkara yang berlangsung dan pembuatan laporan perkara.
  • Memberikan bantuan atau opini dan solusi hukum seperti: mempersiapkan dan mereview perjanjian kerja sama dan legal document, penyelesaian dan penanganan permasalahan perbankan, melakukan litigasi, melakukan pendampingan hukum bagi karyawan.
  • Mengkaji penyelesaian permasalahan hukum perbankan dalam dan di luar proses hukum.
  • Melakukan penyelesaian permasalahan perbankan yang berkaitan dengan hukum di kantor wilayah dan kantor cabang.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Hukum dengan IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4,00)
  • Memiliki minat pada bidang hukum di dunia perbankan
  • Freshgraduate atau memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang hukum
  • Usia maksimal 26 tahun
