- Assist in general recruitment administrative by coordinating with talent acquisition team or user.
- Data Collection and Processing. Gather and process data from talent acquisition channels to identify, analysis so the data always up-to date
- Create report weekly/monthly
- Support event/project in talent acquisition team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Information Technology / Mathematic. Final year students are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data analytic tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
- Have good analytical & conceptual thinking
- Have good communication skill
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
