- Trained and socialised on the New Way of Working (NWOW) for Branch Managers, Supervisors, and Staff
- Get Involved in Implementing and monitoring New Way of Working (NWOW)
- Ensuring the effectiveness of all New Way of Working (NWOW) regulations and the management control system.
- Ensuring the quality of New Way of working (NWOW) implementation aligns with its objectives, particularly at the levels of Branch Manager, Supervisor, and Staff.
- Performing audits behaviour through observation and verification based on the audit behaviour template for Supervisors and Staff at branches.
- Providing coaching and facilitating branches in experiencing cultural transformation in their work environment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in any major
- Maximum aged 26 years
- Have a good communication, leadership, strong problem-solving skills and highly adaptable
- Maintains a professional appearance, good personal branding, and a positive attitude
- Willing to travel for business trips across Indonesia
- Ready to commit to a 2-year service bond
- Willing to relocated in the Head Office (BSD, Tangerang Selatan)
