- Standardize documents for each type of transaction in the company
- Analyze and make adjustments to agreement documents and/or transaction flows in connection with the issuance of the latest laws and regulations.
- Provide opinions in relation to transactions on non-standard business activities.
- Create report to stakeholders on cases faced
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree of Law
- Min. 1 year of experience as Legal Staff or Litigation Staff. Preferably from finance or banking industry
- Strong knowledge of Law of Business, Law & Government Regulations, understanding of litigation and case pattern in the legal process
- Good communication skill
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
