Visual Merchandising Associate  

• Comply with all VM Standards and Seasonal VM Guidelines at all times.
• Regular maintenance / upkeep of VM Display (window & in-store) together with the store-in-charge / store VM champion. This includes implementing VM Directives and Planograms, ISC (In-store Communication) tools across all locations using the store ISC copy as a guide.
• Responsible for the planning and allocation of marketing materials. Ensure timely implementation of campaigns / promotions. All graphics must be up to date and neatly installed.
• Responsible for building positive rapport with customers, ability to convert customer feedbacks to quick actionable follow-up.
• Provide VM reports from each store visits to country VM Head. The report must include ‘before and after’ photographs, any request of VM tools / concerns that hinders any executions. Including competitors’ window executions etc.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising is often preferred, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years.

• Experience in customer service can be an advantage

Skills:

• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or similar) may be beneficial.

• Basic knowledge of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.

Creative Ability:

• A good eye for aesthetics, with a keen sense of color, balance, and design.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative displays effectively.

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
• Ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly.

Organizational Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
