Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Company-wide employee engagement programs from conceptualizing, development, communication, and execution, such as but not limited to employee events, rewards, recognition, training, and other employee activities
- Ensure that HR activities are aligned to the business goals of the Company
- Review and analyze post-event data and recommend improvements in future HR engagement initiatives
- Drafts and administers social media communication platforms (employee Facebook Group) to encourage employee engagement online
- Performs other duties as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Management, or any related course
- Preferably with at least 1 year of related work experience in planning or organizing employee events and activities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have integrity, commitment, and teamwork
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Must have a positive outlook, keen attention to details, and be highly organized
- Willing to report at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
