Daiho (Phils.), Inc. is a PEZA-registered manufacturing company engaged in plastic injection moulding process. The Company, established in the Philippines in 1998, produces plastic components for various applications. As a part of the 85-year old Daiho Group, this 100% Japanese owned firm has its Head Office in Osaka, Japan and is affiliated with 12 local factories and 4 offices in Japan, 9 factories and 2 offices in Asia, 2 factories in Europe and 1 factory in the US. The latest addition to the Daiho Group is the Daiho IT Center, based in Laguna Technopark. Daiho’s employees in all its factories are taught to live by the maxim “Ichinin-mae, Ichi-ryu, Ichi-ban” (To be Self-Reliant, First Class and Number One) in all its undertakings so as to achieve Customer Satisfaction. In addition to the plastic injection moulding process, Daiho is also engaged in spray-painting, silk-printing and sub-assembly of parts in accordance with customer needs. At present, the Company operates 4 factories in the Philippines, employing over 900 Filipino workers and 9 Japanese staff. Its production capacity includes 161 units of fully automated injection machines. The 2 Laguna factories (started operations in 1998 and 2015, respectively) are located inside the Laguna Technopark in Binan, Laguna, and produce various component parts for medical products, automobiles, office automation and household appliances. The 2 Lima factories, (started operations in 2001 and 2018, respectively), are located inside the Lima Technology Center in Lipa City, produce various parts for Epson and other office automation. The Daiho-Ph factories had previously been certified to ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS), and recently got IMS Certification (integrated QMS and EMS).
