- Compute product cost and perform comprehensive cost analysis for all business units
- Analyze and control company costs and work in conjunction with respective heads to maximize profitability
- Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
- Assess all incoming products, services, and resources to ensure the best pricing strategies
- Conduct cost variance analysis and report findings
- Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness
- Prepare cost of goods sold (COGS) reports and assist in pricing strategies
- Work closely with project and department managers to budget and forecast project costs
- Maintain accurate records of all cost-related activities and provide periodic cost reports
- Remain updated with market trends that could impact resource costs; keep up-to-date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers
- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
- Roll-out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals
- Maintain supplier and stakeholder relationships
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of working experience in cost control and management
- Strong knowledge in cost accounting
- Exceptionally well-organized with an aptitude for data
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate and analyze budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with stakeholders
- Creative thinking skills and excellent problem-solving skills
