Position Overview:
Kickstart your career in learning and development! As a Training Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting the preparation and delivery of engaging training programs that help our team grow and succeed. Working closely with the Training and Process Improvement Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience while contributing to initiatives that enhance people-management skills and support the organization’s goals. What you’ll do: In this role, you’ll assist in the delivery and evaluation of training programs for new hires and existing employees, collaborate with team members to create engaging training materials, maintain up-to-date training records, and contribute ideas to improve programs using feedback and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Onboarding Facilitation: Provide support for the onboarding program by facilitating activities, providing feedback, and guiding new hires through assessment exercises and interactive tasks.
- Deliver Training Programs: Contribute to the facilitation of uptraining courses using various methods (in-person, online, recorded), ensuring programs are engaging, relevant, and aligned with company objectives.
- Develop Training Materials: Help create, update, and enhance training materials, course content, and learning activities in collaboration with subject matter experts to maintain quality and relevance.
- Analyze Training and Process Improvement Data: Gather, evaluate, and interpret data related to training programs and process improvement initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance training strategies and streamline processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain Training Records: Ensure all training activities are accurately recorded and tracked in the training database.
- Prepare Operational Reports: Help prepare detailed reports that evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure their impact on employee performance and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Candidate Profile:
- A degree holder preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Communication.
- Excellent facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms, an advantage.
- Strong interest in adult learning styles, interactive training methods, and team dynamics.
- Creative skills in design, with novice-level proficiency in Canva or similar tools.
- A passion for learning new tools and technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus but; Entry level candidates or graduates are welcome to apply!
