Marketing Associate  

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, digital proofing and advertisements.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, managing mailing lists, and analyzing campaign performance.

Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Branding: Assist in developing and maintaining the company's brand identity through consistent and cohesive messaging and visuals.

Collateral Creation: Design and produce marketing collateral for both print and online channels, including flyers, posters, banners, and website graphics.

Attention to Detail: Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, free of errors, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Canva
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Experience creating marketing collateral for both print and digital channels.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and a passion for marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in the Mandaluyong area.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with additional design software (e.g., Illustrator, Capcut).
- Knowledge of MailChimp for email marketing.
- Basic product and marketing photography and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
