Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to ensure that customers of FirstMetroSec are provided with an excellent onboarding experience.
Major Responsibilities
The New Accounts Associate is responsible for onboarding customers to FirstMetroSec. Specific responsibilities of the position shall also include the following:
- Receive, review, and process completed account opening applications.
- Answer account opening-related queries through phone, e-mail, and chat.
- Follow-up submission of outstanding documents through e-mail, call, and SMS.
- Assist clients in online account opening registration.
- Answer customers' questions and explain investment products such as stocks, mutual funds, and bonds.
- Create electronic instruction slips.
- Maintain electronic records and ensure KYC documents are up to date.
- Validate and process updating of client’s record.
- Coordinate client concerns to the appropriate department as needed.
- Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Prior related experience preferred.
