- Prepare and present monthly financial reports that drive strategic decision-making
- Compile and analyze the Monthly Management Reporting Package (MRP)
- Conduct strategic analysis such as balance sheet reviews and customer profitability analysis
- Collaborate with management in budget preparation, including crafting assumptions and building templates
- Assist in creating comprehensive budget package schedules
- Oversee year-end inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop financial ratios to evaluate supplier performance
- Provide insights through monthly cost analysis and variance reports (actual vs. budget)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Oracle systems or similar ERP platforms
