Assists in the implementation of the Human Resource Development programs of NDC. Assists in the administration of company policies, rules and regulations for the various HR activities involving recruitment, training and career development, employee relations, performance evaluation, benefits and leave administration, among others. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or Behavioral Science
- Must have working knowledge in different facets of HR: Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations
- Must have at least 1 year of experience gained in a manufacturing industry
- Must have advanced computer proficiency
- Preferably with a background in ISO, Labor Standards, ISO, and HACCP requirements and principles
- Willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
