Job Responsibilities
Generate sales leads and maintains a consistently healthy pipeline through lead generation activities such as cold calling, emails, visits, etc. of potential clients.
Schedule and conduct a targeted number of face-to-face meetings with prospective clients each week.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Gather documents and requirements and drafts business proposals.
Coordinate with the management team to develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in sales, often required to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Prior experience in managing a sales team, which includes hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Experience in selling SaaS to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals and handle objections.
Works well in a team setting and fosters collaboration.
