Community Executive  

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Community Executive to join our team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our Sales team to drive client satisfaction and maximize revenue. You’ll manage client databases, prepare compelling proposals, and help ensure campaigns run smoothly by liaising across teams and responding promptly to client needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient, detailed administrative support to the Sales/Marketing team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Assist in revenue growth by designing, preparing, and checking client proposals, and confirming campaigns with appropriate documentation.
• Address inquiries and requests in a timely, customer-focused, and professional manner to maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to facilitate seamless teamwork and support for campaigns.
• Play a creative role in producing audio ads using tools like AudioStack and monitor ad inventory and reports via AudioService.
• Prepare standout proposals that exceed client expectations and showcase our unique offerings.
• Generate weekly revenue reports for sales meetings to keep the team informed and aligned.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients in the absence of the Sales/Marketing team, ensuring prompt service and professional communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Clear, concise communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a high degree of practical judgment and initiative.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
