Industrial Engineer as Compliance Auditor  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Evaluation: Conduct thorough audits and assessments of the organization's processes, systems, and practices to determine their compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
2. Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure that the organization is well-informed and compliant with the latest requirements.
3. Process Analysis: Analyze the workflow, procedures, and protocols within different departments to identify any non-compliance issues or inefficiencies that could impact compliance.
4. Documentation Review and Auditing: Examine various documents, records, compliance assessment and reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Internal Policy Compliance: Ensure that employees are following internal policies and procedures, and address any deviations to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
6. Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, identifying areas of concern, and recommending corrective actions to address non-compliance issues.
7. Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, and quality assurance, to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
8. Training and Awareness: Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees about compliance requirements and best practices.
9. Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks associated with non-compliance and work with relevant stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement to minimize compliance risks and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of garment industry regulations and standards.
3. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

6. Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
