We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design and Admin Coordinator with strong skills in Adobe InDesign to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves design and enjoys managing marketing materials in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for updating and enhancing investment marketing decks, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest fund returns and investment profiles.

You'll work closely with both the marketing and investment teams to create polished, visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate important investment data. If you're passionate about design, organized, and thrive under deadlines, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Update & Maintain Marketing Decks: Regularly refresh marketing materials with the latest fund returns, investment profiles, and relevant data.
  • Create Visually Engaging Presentations: Use Adobe InDesign to craft presentations that are both informative and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Data Management: Organize and incorporate data for up to 5 new investments, ensuring all details are accurate and consistent.
  • Meet Deadlines: Ensure updates are completed on time to meet distribution schedules, particularly the key September deadline.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and investment teams to gather data and insights, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and aligned.
  • Version Control: Keep track of all materials and ensure they follow the company’s branding guidelines.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Assist with other marketing materials or tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign: A portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly in presentations and marketing materials.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and accuracy, especially when working with recurring updates.
  • Data Management Skills: Ability to organize and manage data, especially in a marketing or financial context.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
  • Experience in Finance/Investment: An advantage but not required.
  • Deadline-Driven: Ability to work under tight timelines and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
