Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Provide pick-up/customer complaint tickets to Agents
Analyze tickets regularly
Create Segregation and Break Schedules for Agents
Case escalation both internal and vendor
Monitoring shipments through internal KGX or Vendors
Provide approval of claim for damage or loss customer goods
Conduct monthly coaching to Agents
Provide training to Agents (Frontline, Backline, Key Account)
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Diploma III of all major
Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service Supervisor
Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Staff
Have a good communication skills
Have a good administration skill
Proficient in using computer (Ms. Office)
Preferably fluent in English both writen and oral
Diligent, organized and detail oriented
