- Develop and update the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Perform compliance and operational audits in accordance with the internal audit plan and any special requests from management.
- Conduct periodic asset opname and cash opname to ensure accurate records and adherence to internal policies.
- Prepare comprehensive audit result summaries and follow up on audit recommendations to ensure their implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Monitor the implementation of approved SOPs and assess their effectiveness over time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in auditing, preferably in compliance and operational audits.
- Solid understanding of operational audits, SOP/business processes, and asset opname procedures.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams/departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Visio.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
