- Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors to secure funding and support for the event.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate clients, and other key players.
- Develop sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to meet the needs of different partners.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure sponsorship deliverables align with the agreed terms.\
- Manage all sponsor communications, ensuring prompt and professional correspondence.
- Coordinate sponsor benefits, including branding, booth placements, and event promotion.
- Track sponsorship agreements and ensure all commitments are met pre- and post-event.
- Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship contracts, sales progress, and correspondence.
- Handle administrative work, including database management and filing documentation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Open to fresh graduates
- Fluent in English
- Prioritize those who already have experience in the field of Sales Sponsor and have channels with the government / government relations
- Have experience in the event field (especially Convention)
- Master Ms. Word, Ms. Notebook, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel very well
- Able to work administratively
- Willing to work with a tight timeline
