Strategy Management Specialist  

1. Strategic Planning & Development

• Assist in the formulation & updating of the organization’s strategic goals and priorities.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

2. Implementation of Strategic Initiatives

• Develop and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of key projects.
• Identify and address potential risks or barriers to implementation.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Design and implement performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

5. Corporate Innovation Management

• Develop and oversee programs to foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
• Lead initiatives such as hackathons, design sprints, and innovation workshops to generate new ideas.
• Manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring timely progression from ideation to implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in Strategic planning, Management consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
