The Content Marketing Specialist (Social Media and Email) is responsible for creating and distributing high-quality, engaging content across social media and email channels by repurposing existing assets. This role requires a strong understanding of content marketing principles, social media platforms, email marketing best practices, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt content for various distribution channels, grow followers and subscribers, and optimize content performance based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Repurposing: Identify high-performing content to repurpose for social media and email channels.
• Content Optimization: Optimize content for each distribution channel, ensuring relevance, tone, and style align with the target audience and platform.
• Content Scheduling and Publishing: Schedule and publish repurposed content on social media and email channels, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Content Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance across social media and email channels, using data insights to inform future content decisions and optimize content for better performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content, social media, email, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and effective content distribution.
• Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media and email channels, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or email marketing.
• Skills: Strong understanding of content marketing principles, social media platforms, email marketing best practices, and analytics.
• Certifications: HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification or similar certifications in content marketing, social media, or email marketing.
• Personal Qualities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
